Anyone know any figures that exist?

I am not 100% sure, but I believe one of the Japanese companies makes an axelotl, if I remember right there is an albino and a regular colored one, but it is the same figure just with different color pattern.

I know there are some really great amphibians besides, I just ordered a set with the giant salamander as well as a couple others. I look under Colorata, Futura/ChocoQ and Kaiyodo on ebay to find some really great deals.

I think , but might be wrong, I have a pv axolotol, but might be mistaken. they did a lot of weird stuff!

That's wierd, I just saw one of these at the pet store yesterday. Anyway, Safari ltd is likely to make one in the near future in Incredible Creatures. Keep an eye out next year.

Yeah, they are unique little fellows: they remain "babies" all their lives. Their secret has been discovered by accident in France, when specimens of a collection got out of water in the XIXth century. They became ordinary adults.
