Default A quick personal introduction

Hi all. I have been an animal collector for several years now, and tended to focus on Schleich (that's changed these days!). I was originally a collector of moderns, although I have been moving more into prehistorics in the last little while.
I am interested in knowing what other collectors are up to, in particular for modern animals.

On the personal side, I live in Saskatchewan, Canada. I have two kids, 4 yrs and 6 mnths. The 4 y.o. is a big animal guy as well, and has grown up knowing the difference between a collectible and a toy! We will see how his sister does!

Welcome to the forum from Oregon

I've been drfiting a bit lately. I still am slowly getting hte Schleich, but I've developed a strong interest in the Kaiyodo Dinotales gashopon figures. They are extremely well done for the size. I've also picked up a couple of Starlux dinosaurs though their prehistoric mammals interest me evenmore.

Hello Sean,

It's nice to meet you and I hope you'll enjoy your visits here. It'll be nice hearing about your creatures, whether modern or not and also anything else you think interesting.

Have a good time

Hey, I know you--or someone with the same screen name--from the Dino Toy Forum!

Yes I post there too. Tomhet is a member here also though he doesn't post very often. I have been collecting Playmobil for a few years now, but I've had some of my dinos like the Marx and MPC ones since I was little.
