I have had this lion for a long time. It is hard plastic, with no marking on the bottom. Does anyone know who made it?

Are you sure there is nothing under this animal.
Look between the legs behind if there is no China written or something like that.
This lion is a copy a a model from Elastolin.
It was made before in composition, and later in soft-plastic.
I have one myself to,made in China.
The other pictures are from the 1972 catalogue from Elastolin.

Thanks for your help! I am quite positive there is nothing written on the bottom, but I might be looking in the wrong place.

Yes,it is quit common to find a lot of models from the normal manufacturers, copied by Hong Kong,Singapore and other China manufacturers in the 1970s.
